MICE is a trademark each year in the international events calendar, and bar two years for a minor postponement (thanks COVID), national coffee equipment sales and service establishment Espresso Mechanics will return to this year’s event for the eighth time, and as a Platinum Sponsor.

“We look forward to MICE every year and this year we continue to be one of the Platinum Sponsors to support this fantastic event,” says Carly D’Agostino, Sales and Marketing Coordinator of Espresso Mechanics.

“We can’t wait to return. It’s always good to see our customers in the one place and observe the innovation in the industry that continues to evolve. We also have some pretty exciting new machinery to show to the trade audience.”

Nuova Simonelli’s new Oscar Mood is sure to be part of the conversation. This one-group semi-professional coffee machine is suited to any place where wellbeing and the pleasure of espresso and milk-based drinks come together: the coffee, at home, and beyond. Now equipped with proportional–integral–derivative (PID) controller technology, the Oscar mood has evolved into a stylish, ideal partner in the art of coffee. It’s perfect for small trade, and a powerful ally of coffee lovers to experiment with.

The machine also adapts perfectly to the mood of different environments with a range of four different colours to choose from: black, guacamole, taupe, and red.

Nuova Simonelli’s new commercial machine range is just as impressive. The Aurelia Wave UX is designed for places that have constant staff rotation.

“It’s extremely intuitive, simple to use, and requires very little time to train staff. Optimising workflow means guaranteeing the best results for workers throughout the day,” Carly says. “It’s ergonomic features also mean less physical stress and maximum comfort.”

Nuova Simonelli has developed Aurelia Wave UX with the objective of further reducing its environmental impact. Life Cycle Assessment studies have confirmed a 7 per cent reduction in CO2 emissions in the UX compared to its previous model, while maintaining the same levels of performance, quality of service, and versatility.

The Espresso Mechanics stand will also be showcasing the new Rex-Royal S1, a professional coffee machine for small- to medium-capacity requirements. This machine does it all. It produces fresh and instant products, from classic espresso to dairy alternative beverages to suit the needs of a bakery, small restaurant, office, or convenience store.

The user-friendly, video-capable seven-inch touchscreen offers a wide range of beverage selections for users to choose between, via served or self-service layout.

Espresso Mechanics is proudly part of the UCC coffee Australia and New Zealand brand. Espresso Mechanics has a National Service Division with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, and a dedicated Service Tech Team supported by proven and established 3PL contractors across the country to provide genuine nationwide service support.

Carly hopes to educate MICE visitors on the many services Espresso Mechanics provides and introduce them to an exciting array of products.

“MICE is great exposure for our brand. It’s an opportunity to share the best of what we have to offer to a dedicated audience, and make some new connections,” Carly says. “We can’t wait to meet everyone. I’m pretty sure guests will walk away from the Espresso Mechanics stand with a clear idea of the machine they just have to take home or put into their café,” she says.
