Melbourne Coffee Week will be held from 14 to 20 August to celebrate 10 years of the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE).
For one whole week, Melbourne will be filled with coffee lovers, industry professional and star baristas who are in town for Australasia’s biggest coffee event, MICE.
Local businesses have the chance to open their doors and show the industry and coffee lovers what they’re all about.
To help with event decisions, there are different event categories to choose from. Morning Rush includes coffee deals and specials offered to start the day off with the perfect cup. Smart Beans events include coffee education classes, demonstrations, training or programs to increase consumer knowledge. The Night-time Buzz category includes classy and exclusive events for after work espresso martinis or an all-out rager, because everyone knows the industry loves a party. Something Coffee events listed are for those looking for a dynamic, outside the box event.
Melbourne Coffee Week has been designed to help the local coffee scene grow, increase local café brand awareness and celebrate Melbourne’s coffee culture and history.
Any voluntary contributions will be donated to the official Charity Partner StreetSmart and the CafeSmart program, working to fight homelessness.
