Melbourne Coffee Academy (MCA) has opened its new flagship location on Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD.
The new site, which opened in November, offers short courses for aspiring baristas and home coffee lovers, alongside immersive four-day Barista Masterclass sessions designed to boost the skills of serious coffee professionals.
Director of MCA, Charles Skadiang, says the opening of the new location in the heart of Melbourne represents a significant step forward for coffee education in one of the world’s leading cities for coffee excellence.
“We want to keep raising the bar for barista training in Australia,” Charles says.
“By bringing world-class equipment, real café workflows, and expert-led curriculum into the centre of the city we’re not just teaching coffee – we’re helping elevate Melbourne’s coffee culture for years to come.”
