Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) returns from 26 to 28 March 2026, with early bird tickets now available to purchase.

Following a record-breaking 2025 event that saw more than 31,000 attendees explore the latest innovations in coffee, MICE2026 returns to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for three more days of coffee education, business, and innovation.

Returning to the event this year is the popular Roasters Playground marketplace, where some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading roasters will gather to sling espressos, chat brew methods, and host caffeinated competitions.

“From hands-on tastings to live demos and face-to-face conversations with industry leaders, MICE is your chance to see, sip, and experience everything the coffee world has to offer,” says Siobhan Rocks, General Manager Events at Prime Creative Media.

“Whether you’re looking to stay ahead of trends, discover new products, or grow your business network, every corner of the show floor offers something to explore. Secure your ticket and make sure you’re at the heart of where coffee connects.”

As part of the early bird launch, individual Day Passes and Access to All Areas tickets are available to attendees.

The Day Pass gives attendees full access to the exhibition floor, interactive experiences, and education sessions for one day of their choice. Explore live demonstrations, hands-on showcases, and feature zones including the returning Melbourne Coffee Festival and the debut of Trip to Origin – an immersive new area celebrating coffee at its source.

The Access All Areas Pass unlocks all three days of MICE2026, offering the ultimate experience for industry professionals. Enjoy priority entry to the MICE After Party, plus exclusive VIP perks during MICE at Night which offers extended hours on Day 2 designed to connect even more coffee pros, innovators, and enthusiasts in one buzzing space.

MICE20256 early bird tickets are available until 12pm (AEST) 15 November 2025.
