Ona Coffee’s Ming Wang has been named winner of the Professional Coffee Athletics (PCA) Australia Latte Art Competition.
Held at the Sanremo showroom in Melbourne, Ming, runner-up Vim Limbu and third-place finisher Vincent Do overcame a highly competitive field of 48 entrants, including former Australian Latte Art Champions and World Latte Art Championship representatives.
The competition was judged by recently crowned ASCA Latte Art Champion Amy Zhang, alongside former World Latte Art Champion Caleb Cha, 2025 Chinese Latte Art Champion Yuanyi Zhang, and 2020 Australian Oat Milk Latte Art Champion Jodie Chan.
“This competition showcased now only Australia’s strong latte art culture, but also the next generation of baristas who are pushing the boundaries of quality and design,” says Amy.
PCA Australia is the Australian arm of Professional Coffee Athletics, which was first founded in Taiwan in 2013.
Ming will now go on to represent Australia at the PCA Asia Grand Finals.
