Parmalat Professional will host the team from 50sixOne at MICE on Friday 31 March, featuring freakshakes for visitors.

“We’re excited to work with the South Australian team from 50sixOne and deliver some unique and fun pairings to demonstrate the versatility of Parmalat Professional products for cafe owners,” says Parmalat Professional’s Paul Helmers. “Parmalat Professional’s range of premium products are designed to perfectly complement your coffee and cafe menu, whether that be a delicious flat white or a indulgent freakshake.”

The Parmalat Professional stand will feature a “Zymil Meringue A Tang” and “Paul’s Full Cream Love is in the Aero” shakes.

On Thursday 30 March, Parmalat Professional’s stand will host Six Simple Machines’ Adam Preston, taking about The Juggler and how innovation is changing in the industry.

Coffee roasters on rotation at the stand will include Ona Coffee, Silipo Coffee, Dramanti Coffee, Bounce Coffee, Sublime Coffee and La Crema Coffee.

On Friday 31 March, roasters from NSW and VIC will also be on rotation on Parmalat Professional stand, and on Saturday 1 April, Australian Coffee in Good Spirits Champion 2016, Shae Macnamara of Expat Roasters, will talk about ‘flavours of Asia’.
