Product Innovation Awards will return for its second year at the 2017 Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE).
The Awards seek to recognise and ultimately encourage those within the coffee industry to innovate and help keep the Australian coffee industry as as global pacesetter.
The categories include Judge’s Choice, where a three-person independent panel will award first, second and third place; and People’s Choice, judged by MICE visitors.
Entrants must be a registered exhibitor at MICE2017 and have a product, technology or service that’s been established in the past 12 months.
The product, technology or service must address a need, solve a problem, or provide an upgrade or service to the industry. It must provide an advantage, whether this be related to industry as whole or to an individual operation in the form of service delivery, cost savings, commercial advantage or otherwise.
Entries are now open and close on 13 March.
Eligible products must be delivered to the Melbourne Showgrounds by 10am on 27 March.
Judges will shortlist the entries on 28 March. Voting for the People’s Choice will open on 30 March, and winners for both categories announced on the main stage of MICE on 1 April.
