The Singapore National Coffee Championship (SNCC) 2023 has announced the winners of the Santino Singapore National Barista Championship, Singapore National Brewers Cup, Singapore National Latte Art Championship, and the Singapore Cup Tasters Championship.

The SNCC, organised by the Singapore Coffee Association, was held from 26 to 28 September at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, in conjunction with the Speciality Coffee and Tea Asia 2023.

The champions include Courtney Kheng of Glyph Supply Co, who won the Santino Singapore National Barista Championship, the Singapore National Brewers Cup Champion Alistair Seetho of Alchemist, Jervis Tan of Oaks Coffee Co., who won the Singapore National Latte Art Championship, and Singapore Cup Tasters Champion Terence Tan of Tad Coffee.

“I am heartened to see so many talented baristas competing to put their best cup of coffee for our judges, and after the three days of competition, we have found our four Champions that will represent Singapore,” says Victor Mah, President of the Singapore Coffee Association.

SNCC 2023 also secured support from brands such as Barista Attitude sponsored by Bettr, Victoria Arduino sponsored and distributed by Santino Coffee Specialists, Vitasoy International Singapore, Starbucks Coffee Singapore, HARIO distributed by Heap Seng Group, and more.

“Montgomery Asia is proud to have once again partnered SCA to bring Speciality Coffee and Tea Asia to industry players, as part of this year’s Speciality Food & Drinks Asia. This collaboration has proven to be a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, celebrating the art of coffee-making, and bringing coffee enthusiasts across the region together to learn from one another,” says Christopher McCuin, Managing Director of Montgomery Asia.

“I would like to extend my congratulations to all champions and participants of the Singapore National Coffee Championship, and I look forward to our continued partnership with SCA at Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia 2024.”
