Queensland producer and roaster Lucy Stocker will share her coffee expertise in an online seminar hosted by the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) to celebrate International Women’s Day on 8 March.
The IWCA is holding the event to support the International Women’s Day 2022 theme of ‘Break the Bias’, highlighting the experience and innovation of women in Australia’s coffee industry.
Lucy is the owner of Crater Mountain Coffee, growing Australia’s highest-altitude Arabica coffee in the Southern Atherton Tablelands of Far North Queensland.
For more than 90 minutes, Lucy will talk experimental processing, seed-to-cup production, and share her knowledge of roasting for domestic and international markets.
The Zoom event begins at 5:00pm AEDT on 8 March.
