Following recent launches in Brisbane and Singapore, a new Toby’s Estate café opened in Fitzroy, Melbourne, on 20 January 2025.

Specialty enthusiasts can enjoy a full coffee experience, featuring the Sydney roaster’s single origins, blends, and an extensive frozen-coffee menu.

This new location joins existing Toby’s Estate flagships in Sydney, Brisbane, Singapore, the Middle East, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

To celebrate the launch, the first tasting event at the new Fitzroy space will be held on 29 January from 4pm to 6pm. Tickets to the tasting are free and can be secured here.

From humble beginnings in a garage in Woolloomooloo, New South Wales, with a beat-up coffee roaster and a passion for coffee, Toby’s Estate set out on a journey of business and coffee discovery. Now, with a team of more than 100 individuals, the roaster honours that founding spirit while continuing to grow and innovate.
