Sydney coffee roaster Toby’s Estate has launched a new line of specialty-grade coffee bags.
The coffee bags are the latest addition to the brand’s product range and aim to offer convenience to coffee lovers looking for quality caffeine on the go.
“We know that people are as obsessed about really good coffee as we are, but sometimes there’s not the time or a machine handy to make that quality brew, and we wanted to change that,” says Toby’s Estate Head of Coffee Nicholas Rae.
The specialty-grade bags come in two options, Balance Brew and Bold Brew, and are nitro sealed to keep the coffee fresh and enhance flavour.
“Nitro sealing the coffee after grinding it locks in the super fresh flavours, so you can now get that delicious quality coffee fix instantly without any equipment or mess. It’s our speciality coffee experience, all in one little convenient bag that you can take anywhere,” says Nicholas.
Balance Brew, a blend of coffees from Brazil and Colombia, delivers tasting notes of chocolate, sweet biscuit, nougat, and stone fruit. While Balance Brew is best served black, according to the team Bold Brew tastes great with milk. It’s a combination of Indian and Brazilian coffees, aiming to achieve a bold and full flavour with notes of dark chocolate, toffee, sweet biscuit, nougat, and chocolate.
The speciality coffee bags are available to purchase in 10-bag boxes from select Coles supermarkets nationwide and online.
Founded in the Sydney suburb of Woolloomooloo, Toby’s Estate has been brewing specialty coffee since 1997. Its core principles are based on consistency in roasting and developing innovative taste profiles.
