With just one day to go before Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) opens its doors for 2025, attendees are gearing up for what’s predicted to be MICE’s most spectacular event yet.
MICE2025 looks forward to welcoming coffee lovers from all walks of life – from at home brewers to baristas, cafe owners to coffee roasters. When it comes to Victoria’s event calendar, it doesn’t get more exciting than the buzz around the world’s destination for coffee.

Victoria’s Minister for Tourism, Sport and Major Events Steve Dimopoulos – a coffee lover who previously owned and ran a local café – encouraged coffee aficionados to make the most of the stacked program on offer at the 2025 event.
“Melbourne’s coffee is the best in the world and this expo will bring coffee lovers from around the world to our city,” said Minister Dimopoulos.
“Coffee lovers can experience Melbourne’s love of coffee at the expo but also across the city while making the most of what Melbourne has to offer.”
