Twelve teams will compete, comprising of five people including an ice cream maker, a cook, an ice sculptor, a pastry chef, and guided by a team manager. Competitors will have access to two new Wega Urban machines for the event.

Wega will also have a presence at the Rimini Fairgrounds with a stand located in Pavilion A1, stand 007.
