De’Longhi was voted Australia’s Most Trusted Brand in the Coffee Machines category of the 2020 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey. Breville placed second and Lavazza placed third in the category.

Catalyst Research conducted the independent survey for Reader’s Digest. The market research agency polled a cross-section of more than 3000 Australians and 1601 New Zealanders to establish the most-trusted brands across more than 70 consumer categories.

De’Longhi Group subsidiary Kenwood was also in the top three of the Small Kitchen Appliances category.

“We are absolutely thrilled to have two of our brands within the De’Longhi Group recognised in their respective categories for the 2020 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands survey,” De’Longhi CEO  Paolo Albertoni says.

“Here in Australia, we are all very proud of the products we represent across the De’Longhi portfolio, so it is an honour to know that our consumers love and trust our products as much as we do.”

De’Longhi says its premium range of coffee machines enables Australians to enjoy the ultimate coffee experience at home, with a model to suit everyone. It says it has incorporated its “special blend of homegrown family values” with innovation, style, and performance in the technology it has brought to consumers since 1974.

Reader’s Digest says this aspect of the De’Longhi’s core values as well as its ability to always turn “the everyday into something special” is what makes De’Longhi a Trusted Brand winner in the eyes of Australian consumers.

From one-touch fully automatic machines to pour over, De’Longhi says every machine is designed and engineered to make barista-quality coffee, prepared to the customer’s particular taste.

“This signature Italian brand has transformed and developed through the years to ensure that the product that sits on your kitchen counter is the highest quality that it can be,” the Trusted Brands survey reads.
