Axil Coffee Roasters has released a limited-edition espresso blend in celebration of Father’s Day on 7 September.

Available online and at all Axil cafés, the Father’s Day blend features coffee from Brazil’s Sao Silvestre farm, Kenya’s Kirinyaga County, and El Salvador’s Entre Cerros, and has tasting notes of milk chocolate, golden syrup, and pear.

“This exclusive blend passed our rigorous ‘Dad Approval Panel’ with flying colours,” says Axil. “Morning motivation power (10/10), garage workshop compatibility (9/10), weekend BBQ energy boost (11/10), and dad joke level at maximum capacity.

“Perfect for fathers and father figures who tackle early mornings, late-night projects, and life lessons with equal passion. This blend is as rare and special as that father figure in your life.”

The new blend comes after the Melbourne roaster launched a competition for its wholesale partners to win a trip to Italy to witness Axil’s Jack Simpson once again compete in the World Barista Championship in October.
