Bureaux Collective will host its second Taste Of event on 19 April, highlighting New York City coffee.
Following on from the success of its first Taste Of event, the shared roasting facility in Melbourne is excited to feature some of NYC’s most acclaimed coffees, including coffee from Sey Coffee, Joe Coffee Company, Coptic Light, Parlor Coffee and Regalia Company.
“NYC has gone from strength to strength, with some new and exciting influencers within the NYC coffee scene,” says Bureaux Collective’s Tim Varney. “Arguably, the mecca for anything food and drink, [the US has] the audience to push what is possible in coffee, and we’re bringing you coffee from five thrilling roasters.”
No cuppings spoons needed. Come prepare to taste batch brewed coffee in a different way. Industry professionals and newcomers (even non-coffee people) are welcome to come along.
