Australia’s newest events and conference venue, Centrepiece, has announced exclusive supplier contracts with Industry Beans and St David Dairy, two of Victoria’s boutique food and beverage brands, ensuring guests get the coffee they’d expect from a premium Melbourne café.
“Produce from Industry Beans and St David Dairy will ensure Centrepiece guests are provided with a barista level coffee experience at any event, exhibition, or gala dinner,” says Centrepiece Sales Manager Laura Reddaway.
“Coffee is serious business to everyone in Melbourne and our commitment to delivering a premium quality experience is in recognition of that deep-rooted coffee culture.”
Founded by local Melbourne brothers Steven and Trevor Simmons in 2010, Industry Beans’ mission is to roast accessible, high-quality, specialty coffee, with the brothers gaining international recognition for both their innovative approach to coffee roasting and commitment to creating a unique hospitality experience.
Roasted in small batches and hand-delivered directly to partners, sustainable production and consumption is a core value for Industry Beans, aligning with the Victoria-first, paddock to plate philosophy that underpins the Centrepiece concept.
