First MICE2025 speakers revealed

The first expert speakers for Melbourne International Coffee Expo’s (MICE) Café Owners Education Series have been revealed, with more than 60 industry leaders set to take the stage over the three-day event.

To be held from 20 to 22 March at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the sessions aim to support café owners in running better businesses, with practical advice on efficiency, marketing, profitability, and sustainability to feature as part of the sessions.

Access to the Café Owners Education Series is included in the MICE ticket, with tickets available to purchase here.

Thursday 20 March
