Jamaica Blue has announced the release of a limited edition Very Merry Blend. Made with 50 per cent Kenyan and 50 per cent Colombia coffee beans, the blend is a medium bodied coffee with a brandy butter mouthfeel and tastes of candied orange and butterscotch.

Customers can order the Very Merry Blend in Jamaica Blue cafés nationwide for an additional 50 cents or buy a take-home pack. With every take-home purchase, customers receive a free cup of Very Merry Blend to drink in or takeaway.

“This award-winning specialty coffee blend tastes like warm butterscotch Christmas pudding when served with milk,” says Sebastian Shearman, Coffee & Beverage Innovation Specialist from Jamaica Blue.

“Coffee aficionados will appreciate the spice notes and a slight sweet orange flavour when served as a black coffee, with a delicious butterscotch finish. Guess you can say we blended this coffee to taste a little like Christmas in a cup.”

To complement the Christmas coffee, Jamaica Blue has developed a Waffle Mountain that “looks and tastes like Christmas”. The sweet waffle is topped with vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, mint, and a red waffle cone, resembling a Santa hat. To cap things off, Jamaica Blue has created a “berry-licious” shake made with dragon fruit, raspberries, vanilla ice cream, milk and finished with whipped cream & mint.
