Alternative dairy brand Milklab and Australian singer-songwriter Tones and I have teamed up to launch the Milklab Coffee Shop Sets, a series of daytime music events held at cafes across the country.
According to the brand, morning DJ sets featuring chilled house music are one of the latest trends to sweep Los Angeles in the United States, and that Gen Z prefer their coffee with a side of good vibes to start their day.
The new series of events aims to recreate the good vibes in Australia. Artist Tones and I kicked off the Coffee Shop Sets with an intimate performance at Cafe Project 281 in Brunswick, Melbourne, on 19 February.
“I drank a lot of Milklab Oat coffees on the road and when busking in Bryon, they are delicious. It’s great to partner with Milklab to launch Coffee Shop Sets,” says Tones and I.
Natalie Latimore, Milklab Marketing Manager, says the events are designed to signify the brand’s passion for authenticity and memorable moments.
