Milklab has joined the Maitland Aroma Coffee and Chocolate Festival as its official Aroma Blend Menu Sponsor and Non-dairy Milk Partner.

All of the coffee vendors at Maitland Aroma will serve drinks for $3 and use Milklab’s range of almond, coconut, macadamia, and soy milks. All proceeds from the Milklab stand will go to CafeSmart.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Aroma Maitland as the alternative milk sponsor,” Milklab Marketing Manager Sarah Herbert says.

“The event provides a fantastic platform for businesses to showcase their products as well as an opportunity to connect with the residents and visitors to the area. Maitland Aroma gets bigger and better each year, and we are proud to have aligned as a partner.”

Milklab is an Australian collaboration between foodies, baristas, and farmers to develop milks that complement the intensity of espresso and also texture and stretch with any coffee type. Because of this, Milklab says its products’ flavour profiles don’t overpower the coffee and allow baristas to create latte art – which can be difficult with conventional plant-based milks.

“The Milklab mission is to source the best ingredients possible and trial different blends to ensure the perfect pour,” Sarah says.

“Milklab is proudly designed and validated by experienced baristas and coffee professionals, because the best coffee deserves a better milk.”

Attendees will also be able to find the Aroma info tent in the central festival site by marked by the Milklab flags, where they can get a free copy of the Aroma Blend Menu.

This festival guide includes information about the event’s chocolatiers, coffee roasters, stallholders, activities, entertainment, workshops and demonstrations.

The Maitland Aroma Coffee & Chocolate Festival is in its 11thedition and expects to welcome 16,000 people over the weekend. It will take place at the Riverside Car Park in Central Maitland, New South Wales from 10 to 11 August.
