The exciting next leg of the 2026 Australian Coffee Championships commences in Melbourne on Friday 5 December, with the 2026 STTOKE Australian Cup Tasters Championships and the 2026 MONIN Australian Coffee in Good Spirits Championship to determine the nation’s best coffee cuppers and beverage recipes.
Described as a celebration of precision, creativity, and Australia’s rich coffee culture, competitors from across the country will showcase their passion and skills on the national stage.
The Australian Cup Tasters Championship awards the professional coffee cupper who demonstrates speed, skill, and accuracy in distinguishing the taste differences in specialty coffees, while the Australian Coffee in Good Spirits Championship promotes innovative beverage recipes that showcase coffee and spirits in a competition format.
The event is open to the public and will also be livestreamed on Youtube, allowing coffee lovers a front-row seat to fast-paced head-to-head rounds, inspiring performances, and thrilling results.
Both championships will be held at Aunty Peg’s, 200 Wellington St in Collingwood, Victoria from 5 to 7 December.
