St Ali will host two coffee creation masterclasses at the Mercedes me store in the Melbourne CBD on 25 May.

The classes will include three 45-minute lecture and lab-style workshops where St Ali’s team will cover the secrets to brewing, pouring, cupping, and more.

St Ali Procurement Specialist Lucy Ward, a licensed Q Grader and Q Grader trainer, will begin with a discussion about the importance of sensory training, cupping, and the origin of coffee.

Barista Hustle Founder and 2012 World Brewers Cup Champion Matt Perger will then give detailed insight into the theory and fundamentals of espresso.

Finally, 2018 Australian Latte Art Champion Shinsaku Fukuyama will provide a latte art demonstration and pointers on basic latte art preparation.
