Toby’s Estate announces the Kings’ Brew Tour of Australia

Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters has announced The Kings’ Brew Tour, where people can rub shoulders with the roaster’s two 2021 competition champions.

2021 Australian Brewers Cup Champion and world finalist Carlos Escobar and 2021 Australian AeroPress Champion Simon Gautherin will demonstrate their methodology in developing championship-winning recipes.

Attendees will get to taste three different coffees in multiple variations as Carlos and Simon take them through the variables they tested and how they finalised their championship recipe.

Tickets include:

  • An evening with “Toby’s Kings” with coffee tastings
  • A 14-gram ready-to-freeze dose of Carlos’ World Finalist Brewers Cup Geisha to take home
  • Toby’s Merch to take home
  • $5 from each ticket donated back to an Origin project in Colombia
