Vitasoy Café for Baristas Almond Milk has been specifically formulated for barista-made coffee.

This product has been tried and tested by baristas, for baristas, and all of the almonds sourced are high quality, Australian-grown whole almonds. The result is an almond milk coffee that your customers will return for every time.

Café for Baristas Almond Milk is developed to steam on the wand, produce latte art, and provide the optimum balance between almond and coffee flavours.

“We tested and retested this product until we got it right,” Vitasoy Café Ambassador Katherine Lowe said. “More customers are asking for almond milk at their local cafés and we wanted to provide baristas with a high quality, locally-sourced milk with a great taste.”

It is made from 100 per cent whole Australian-grown almonds souced from the Murray River and Riverina regions of Australia. It is unsweetened, naturall free from dairy, lactose, gluten and soy, and contains 2 per cent fat. The product is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Almonst milk is different to dairy and soy milk and needs to be treated in the right way to achieve the perfect result. Try this recipe to make an Almond Milk Latte:

  • To begin, unscrew cap, place cap back on and shake well before use.
  • Heat Vitasoy Café for Baristas Almond Milk to 40°C while slowly submerging the steam wand.
  • Work the whirlpool effect and heat to 60 – 65°C.
  • Pour almond milk and serve.
  • Once opened, keep refrigerated.
  • For the best-tasting almond milk coffee, do not re-stream or overheat, as this will change the flavour. The texture of almond milk shuold be silky and creamy.
