The New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association (NZSCA) has announced it will hold the 2019 New Zealand Cup Tasters and Latte Art Championships on 3 May and 5 May, respectively.

The 2019 New Zealand Cup Tasters Championship will be held at Ozone Coffee Roasters on 18 Westmoreland Street West, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

Cup Tasters competitions see competitor’s speed and accuracy put to the test. The coffee cuppers demonstrated their ability to distinguish the taste differences in specialty coffees by identifying the odd cup in each triangulation of eight as quickly as possible.
